Amova Care Client Referral Program

At Amova Care, we value the trust you place in us and are excited to reward you for referring new clients through our Amova Care Client Referral Program. Now, you can earn up to $1,000 for each new client you refer!

How the Referral Program Works

  1. Refer a Client: When you refer someone to Amova Care and they become a new client, you will be eligible for a referral reward. Your reward is split into two parts:

    • $500 upon client sign-up.

    • $500 after the client has completed 25 billable hours.

Program Details

  • Eligibility: Any current client, family member of a client, or partner who refers a new client is eligible for the referral reward.

  • Referral Submission: Referrals can be submitted via:

    • Our website referral form [Insert Link]

    • Phone call to Amova Care at 630-277-9042

    • Emailing referrals@amovacare.com

  • Please include your name, contact information, and the name of the person you’re referring to.

  • New Client Requirements: The new client must:

    • Sign up for at least 20 hours of service per week.

    • Reach a minimum of 40 hours of billed services for you to qualify for the full reward.

Rewards Breakdown

  • $500 on Client Sign-Up: You will receive the first $500 of your referral reward as soon as the new client signs up and completes their first service.

  • $500 after 25 Billable Hours: You will receive the remaining $500 once the new client has been billed for 40 hours of services.

Terms and Conditions

  • Referrals are considered valid once the new client completes their first sign-up and accrue 20 hours of service.

  • You will receive the first $500 after 20 billed hours and the remaining $500 after the client completes 40 billable hours of services.

  • Referral rewards are unlimited; you can refer as many people as you like and receive a reward for each new client who meets the criteria.

  • Family members living in the same household as the referring client are not eligible for the referral reward.

  • Referred clients must not have previously been in contact with Amova Care or already be listed in our CRM system.

How to Get Started

  1. Refer friends, family, or anyone who could benefit from Amova Care’s services.

  2. Submit click the referral button and send us a message

  3. Receive your $500 on sign-up and $500 after 25 billable hours for a total of $1,000 per referral!
